a six-month Panorama Track is for organizations with a development team and board ready to expand their private fundraising efforts, particularly around individual giving.

Recommended for organizations with:

Two or more staff fundraisers

A donor base with 500+ active individual donors

A CEO and board already engaged in private fundraising strategies

Month 2

  • Training Day 3: Institutional Funders - Companies, DAFs, & Foundations

  • Coaching Session 2: Strategic Priorities & Fundraising SWOT

  • Training Day 4: Data Analysis & Prospect Research

Month 3

  • Training Day 5: Donor pipeline building - Small donor programs, peer-to-peer fundraising, and digital fundraising v. direct marketing

Month 4

  • Coaching Session 3: Apply data learnings to donor portfolios & development plan

  • Training Day 6: Donor engagement & upgrading - Major & planned gifts

Month 5

  • Training Day 7: How to make an effective ask - Discovery process + practice

  • Coaching Session 4: Engagement calendar, board matrix, and development plan

Month 6

  • Training Day 8: Roles of board and Staff + power dynamics in fundraising

  • Training Day 9: Final development plans and community building

Participants complete the track with:

  • an actionable Development Plan

  • strategies for building a reliable donor pipeline

  • strategies for deepening donor engagement through donor portfolio management

  • strategies for better engaging the board in fundraising.
