Ready to Rise (R2R) is a $38+ million public-private partnership between the California Community Foundation, Liberty Hill Foundation and the Los Angeles County Probation Department. From 2020 through 2022, ChangeRaisers provided fundraising training to 30 of 49 Ready to Rise grantees.
